Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with construction companies, property developers, and government entities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia.
  • Represent Castor at industry events, trade shows, and government forums.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, MOUs, and commercial contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Report on pipeline progress and commercial KPIs to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of B2B business development experience, ideally in construction, technology, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing relationships with enterprise or government clients.
  • Strong existing network within the Hong Kong or Greater Bay Area construction or proptech ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin); proficiency in all three is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in an early-stage company.

Compensation
